Stacey was great and very knowledgeable, and very willing to answer my questions however communication was very lacking. I felt lost in much of the process. Some questions I had to look for answers somewhere else and I would have appreciated more of a walk-through of the loan process as a first time home buyer. Overall would have appreciated better communication

Your on line system was unworkable , wasted much of my time and good will and I would not recommend it to anyone. The staff, however were more than pleasant, helpful, and willing to do in person what couldn’t be done on line.

Too many email threads, being a first time home buyer I just felt lost and I ended up talking to three different people and it was difficult to keep it all together. Everytime I called someone it was friendly enough but after the hello I felt like I was being shooed off the call. I would ask straight forward questions and most of the time I would get a decent answer but sometimes my questions were just ignored I would get urgent document requests at 11pm... That stuff keeps me up at night.

You guys can’t get my name right. It must have been wrong on 40 documents I signed for the loan. Sometimes it was my maiden name, sometimes it was a name you just got completely wrong. And this satisfaction survey? It was addressed to Chelsea S. I am Chelsea D. I am really really frustrated that you can’t get this right.
