Honestly, I never spoke to Chris during the whole transaction, I could only rate him in the horrible service my client experienced while dealing with him. Our closing was delayed for 3 hours because of poor service provided to my client. This was a unacceptable experience for my client.

As an agent, I do my best to ensure that my clients have a positive experience when purchasing a home. Especially, their first one. This was one of the worst lenders I’ve ever worked with and I hate to have to say that but it’s true. No communication. Missed deadlines. Closing rescheduled twice because of them with little to no notice in both cases. Chris even called my client at closing asking for more documents! I care too much about my clients to ever risk them having an experience like this.

There was a serious lack of communication on the lenders side. No updates, no returned calls, closing date changes and no update. It was the worst ever.

I wish Chris would have been honest with the buyer about the conversation that we had on August 3, 2020 at 12:15pm. Instead, according to the buyer, Chris stated we never had a conversation. Feel free to call me at 678-754-8000.

My experience was horrible and I would never recommend this lender. He needs to work on his communication skills, transparency, and attention to detail.

Chris Drexler is a terrible representation for New American Funding. He didn’t have the decency to return call, text message or hand written message for left with his office staff. Unfortunately my initial contact with him my credit score was considerably lower . Two weeks later it is now at 672. I was calling to give him the good news and ask for a pre approval letter but I guess he assumed nothing good could happen that quick. Little did he know I was working with a credit repair service!Dumb

Several Inconsistencies. Working with New American made my first home purchase extremely unpleasant. W I would not recommend or use this company again.
