The whole team made our out of state move more stressful than it needed to be. They knew we were moving to a new state and rescheduled our closing date twice last minute and offered nothing to compensate us. Communication was not the best between the team. We had to resubmit and email documents multiple times because they weren’t updating each other. We only chose them because our builder offered more money towards closing if we went with their lender. We will never choose New American Funding again.

Better communication between the team, and the fact that we were sent through so many hoops that it was ridiculous, and unprofessional. I did not appreciate the tone in which I was spoken to at all.

Never heard from him. Never returned call so nope would not refer if I see that he is the prefereed lender

There was a great deal of communication lost between the builder and lender. Very unorganized, actual closing was a waiting game. Please work on communication and customer satisfaction.
