Not worth it, they are very slow and have zero communication. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

This company was a joke to to work with. They are sneaky and the communication around loan process was rough. STAY AWAY!

If you are looking for a company who will ghost you during your loan process, this is it!

Communication was almost nonexistent. I was left in the dark throughout the process, with no response from the team. This was also the case with regard to your Communication with the seller, builder, and title company. On top of that we were repeatedly asked to provide the same documents as they were not shared between your agents. I was initially under the impression that perhaps this was a normal headache associated with the home buying process however, after talking with our realtor, seller and title company, I was informed that they had the same experience and that this was completely outside of the norm for this process. I will not only, not recommend your company to friends and family, but will.go the extra mile to steer them in any other direction. I can only hope that this was an isolated incident and that others have not gone through this same kind of thing.

I've already reached out to Jeremy, Dan, and Jason about this loan. Here again are my thoughts - "I'm reaching out about my recent loan I closed with Jeremy Baxter (loan #1001203850). The good news is that I'm in my new place and happy I made the decision to buy! The bad news is, almost nothing about this loan and this process went anything like Jeremy said it would. I'm not even sure where to start. From the first day I contacted Jeremy, I clearly told him I had $15,000 to put down towards this property. I asked and asked for 'real' numbers throughout this process, and was assured again and again that my cash to close wouldn't be much more than $15,000. The night before closing, before Jeremy even looked at the paperwork, I was informed by title I needed $14,000 to close. I had already put $10,000 down and was expecting around $6,000 to close. I ended up wiring over $11,000 to title in order to close. This cost me $6,000 additional dollars that I wasn't expecting, and that Jeremy assured me wouldn't be the case. So, $6,000 in the hole there. As I went through this process with Jeremy, he also assured me (over and over, up to 1 day before close) that NAF would pay my first year of HOA dues. We had discussed my payment sticking around $2500-2600 since the first time we talked. Again, he assured me over and over that NAF would credit my first year of HOA dues. I never saw it in writing, and trusted Jeremy that it would happen. Obviously, that didn't happen, and I wonder if he even discussed it with anyone or had any intention of applying any kind of credit towards HOAs. $4,500 in the hole there. When Jeremy and I started discussing a closing day, the reason we chose to close after October 31st was so my first payment wouldn't be due until January 1st. This was the whole reason we chose to close in November, because according to Jeremy my first payment wouldn't be until January if we closed in November. I didn't learn my first payment was due Dec. 1st until I was at my signing appointment this morning. I informed Josh B about it and he basically said 'sorry, we can't change it'. Again, I was told repeatedly and assured that my payments wouldn't start until January. $3,000 in the hole there. Jeremy has cost me about $13,000. Tomio, my real estate agent included on this email, can confirm everything I've said here and everything Jeremy 'promised' through this whole process. We have both reached out to Jeremy today about what he will do to make this right, and have received no response." Dan and Jason haven't reached out about making any of this right. I had a brief conversation with Jeremy last week, still with no offer of real resolution of any of this. This whole process has made me regret choosing NAF to hold my mortgage. I'm losing hope that any of this will be made right by anyone at NAF.

Stop making/rushing people to accomplish tasks urgently but then drop the ball and not do your part timely.
