No actual communication, the majority of everything was done by email, or text. We were never sure when some type of paperwork would pop up that needed attention. Received phone call from a organization, that had "research" in the name, so I did not answer it. It wasn't until I checked the voice mail to find out it was related to mortage process. Did not find the process very organized.

I think things could of been communicated a little better from the beginning. Lisa had to explain a lot to me. And there was a time where I sent an email to my consultant and never heard back from him. But Lisa ended up answering the question. What I was doing vs what I thought I was doing was two different things and would of been nice to know. Having to get an appraisal and paying almost $600 would have been nice to know ahead of time as this was not communicated.

Dont make people feel uncomfortable when asking questions about buying a house We don't do this everyday like you do. I wouldn't exoect expect you to walk in the ICU and know what to do

I would love to rate Keilun and Alyssa with the highest mark, but there was another processor in the mix who I believe no longer works for the company who made my experience the worst. The process took 7 weeks which was crazy. I had mortgage just c/c debt. The info I was getting from Keilun and from Erin, my first processor didn't match. Erin was hard to get a hold of, so I chose to only deal with Keilun at one point. I felt like she was dragging things out because of that. Adding my husband to my homeowners policy was asked at the last minute so that pushed me another couple of days which should have been noticed when first American was added to the policy on week 3 of this endeavor. Also, because of the 7 week process , I had paid almost 3K on my debt so I wanted those payoff checks to reflect so I didn't have to wait for refunds and that seemed to make the processor mad that she had to do more work. Alyssa came in the last 2 days before my closing so she was the best, wish I had her first. My rating on the processor more reflects on Erin and not Alyssa. Keilun was great too, just had to listen to me vent about how long this process was taking. I was not doing escrow and they had escrow in my final docs to review, so I got an attitude when I said NO, fix that too;. So, as you can tell I have very mixed feelings about this rating. Everyone should work in sync and be on the same page. All lines are recorded, pull those recordings! Check emails!

There were some hiccups during the process that caused a lot of stress for all parties involved, particularly us, the loan applicants. At first, I would say things were beyond smooth and I could not have been more satisfied, but about two business days before we were originally set to close on our house, the loan had to be redone due to some mistakes and then the process drug out for another VERY stressful week. With all that said, I do genuinely believe the staff at NAF did the very best they could with the circumstances at hand, although I am still unclear about what caused the miscommuication/missed details. It may not be entirely the staff at NAF, or even them at all. The fact remains the process was very stressful, but I do also beleive that our case was a bit of an outlier and therefore I am willing to give grace. The one aspect I do have to give Kris and the whole team an A+ on is the fact that despite all of the trouble, lines of commuication were quick and clear, and had they not been so stellar, I imagine the situation would have been even worse. So thank you for all of your efforts, and I hope that moving forward we can continue with no hiccups!

If I had not been assisting Mr LaPenta he actually did nothing to help had no common responses had to reach out to Rebekah Tolar my original cot who did all the work she no longer works with you but still responded to every call and help me Contact his supervisors who the also like her went above and beyond make this closing happen he actually fell short in every aspect but thanks to but thank you to Kristi Canler and Diane Gonzalez for illuminating LaPenta I was ready to drop Caliber
