When I called collin or emailed he didn't respond for days , so he needs to respond quicker also while I believe (I think his name was Nick) nick was the one overseeing title company and should have been an advocate for me I read an email he sent to title company describing the one parcel in the loan but weeks later the title company was still trying to include another parcel that wasn't my land nick was included in those emails and had he did what I did and just called the issue would have been resolved quicker . i don't blame Collin for that but there did seem to be a tendency to not take the extra mile until a supervisor anthony got involved also a tendency to not listen to customer I told more than one person how rural the courthouse was and how the title search needed to be done in person and offered the name and number of the lawyer who would do it but no one listened Now I want to add I believe Collin tried his best and my main issue with him is lack of communication he believed if he has nothing to add then no need for an update but I tried to tell him that needed updates even if he just would email "no new ingormation " but he never would I do believe as a whole the team is a good team just need to think outside the box sometimes and please get rid of that title company thsnk all of yall y'all for the end result

Issue a few days prior to closing, unclear and delayed communication about this, causing substantial stress and frustration. Other than this major hiccup, it was fine experience. However, id recommend people to a local bank over a larger out of state lender due to time delays and unfamiliarity of specific situations that local lenders could work around more easily

II am really sorry. I work in a customer service industry and I know how important it is to receive sparkling reviews and I can honestly say that I tried my best to have as much patience throughout this process as possible. That being said, it took roughly 1.5 months for a fixed, second loan from inquiry to funding and every step of the way after the initial "consult/inquiry" felt like pulling teeth. The experince started out pleasant enough and Chris seemed responsive and capable. The longer it took, once all the requested documents were requested and received (literally within 24 hours with the exceptions of Joe's documented remote work from his HR department), communication was challenging. I had to inquire every few days/week about where we were at or what we were missing for our loan to fund and every time there was some new barrier or obstacle. I would get a response that I would hear back later that day and then wouldn't hear anything back, so I'd have to repeat my questions the following day. My husband and I gross over $410k and the process really should not have been this hard, frustrating, or taken this long. There were multiple times I felt like pulling the plug and taking our business to another company but we'd already been dragged through the process so far that it seemed fruitless to start the process all over again. All I can say is that, my prior 3 loans with NAF were not this painful and this one has made me think twice about where I will be doing my next one. I'm sure Chris and Dawna are nice people, but this level of service was not up to my expectation. Please check the email logs or text thread with Chris if necessary; a few of the most frustrating pieces all of which contributed to the length of time this loan took to fund are outlined below: 1. One email asked me to verify if I commute 139 miles each direction from Santa Ana, CA to Newport Beach, CA---a simple GPS search will tell you that this is completely inaccurate. Double check your work before sending such an insane question to a client. 2. The Halcyon Solutions for our taxes verification NEVER worked and we never received a response (to several inquires about this) on what to do differently. 3. Even when I finally called Dawna and left a vm to please call me so we didn't have to keep going back and forth via email, I never received a return call back. Customer service 1-0-1. 4. We had to sign a document that we don't own a property in New York because of something on my credit report indicating that I had an alias of Lori A Zaccari which come to find out had been on my Experian credit report since 2017 and I've done another loan with NAF since this time and this had never come up previously. 5. There was A LOT of back and forth regarding my LOA and employment verifcation and return to work date (which is not up to my employer, it is up to my provider and myself) but what I provided didn't seem to suffice and caused MAJOR delays. Again, could have been avoided with a phone call instead of a million back and forth emails. 6. Finally, when all was said and done, what was sent to us to sign was not what was finally agreed as a 30-year fixed loan, we were sent a 15-year fixed loan (something I had emailed and texted Chris about multiple times) which then caused longer delays when the doucments had to be corrected. Sincererly, Lori

Overall, I’m not satisfied with my experience due to how inefficient the loan processing was. The process felt disorganized from start to finish. There were repeated requests for the same documents, slow turnaround times, and a clear lack of coordination between the different parties involved. Instead of a streamlined process, it felt like I had to constantly follow up just to keep things moving. There were also multiple last-minute requests for information and documentation that should have been identified much earlier in the process. This created unnecessary pressure and stress right before closing and made the experience feel rushed and poorly managed. Communication was inconsistent, and key updates—especially around final numbers and timing—were either delayed or unclear. Overall, the process felt reactive rather than proactive. Given how significant and time-sensitive a home purchase is, I expected a much more efficient, organized, and professional experience. There is clear room for improvement in processing efficiency, communication, and internal coordination.

My experience is one that I wouldn't wish on my enemies.I was so happy in the beginning at the thought that my dreams was coming true of being a homeowner. I had already experienced feeling pushed aside from Mrs A. Harris. She's from another agent. Then, I was introduced here. In the beginning, I thought he's going to help me thank god!! So,then i started getting email and called introducing themselves and asking for information. I thought ok this is the process. I started praying and praying God please help me though this. All i wanted was a house to have for me and my kids since I had been renting from someone else for 11 years. I became a homeowner 3/20/2026.The power of prayer is so real. We just have to have a little faith. Dennis help that happen.

If Jason returned my phone calls and emails. I had questions and I tried to reach out several times to 2 different numbers and no answer. So I called Vanessa and she promptly answered the phone and was more reachable to help me with my questions.
