Towards the end of the refinancing process I was told several things that were different than I was told at the beginning. Had I known them I may have not gone through with it. But after taking 2 months I decided to go through with it. Very confusing. Too many different people involved. It was a nightmare. I am still tying up loose ends

No communication, I had to do the calling and it took two months to complete, which I thought was ridiculously long, Michelle and Christina were very nice and I think their hands were tied but I think someone should have communicated with me I would go two weeks and not here from anyone, I am glad it's finally over and done thank you

At first she was very helpful and and answered all of my questions. But after a problem with our loan we did not get any calls back. Her assistant Jessica was great she did help with some of my concerns but still disappointed in the communication. We had been approved for a loan and had put a offer on a house and the homeowners accepted our offer. We thought we were all set. However we were wrong. First off our credit was not in the best of shape and we knew it. Second of all we would had been ok if we had to stay put where we were living. We had a nice place to stay but was ready to buy a house. We get 2 wks away from our closing date only to find out that our loan was not approved and to make things worst I had to call her to find out this. She was very nice to work with.. but to me that was not right!!! We did end up getting the house we made a offer on. My real estate broker was awesome and gave me her lender who she has done business with for 10 yrs. We got a better interest rate and she did all the leg work first she ran our credit and told me up front I will not promise you anything but you will know if the underwriter will approve it. She let the underwriter review everything to see if we had a chance of getting this house first. She said she let her underwriter look at things and review documents so she know where her clients stand first. She did say this is not always a guaranteed but at least she knows what they don’t like and if her clients need to work on there credit before buying a house. We did get the house and we close 2 wks later than we supposed to. But it was well worth it!!! Again she was not bad to work with but very disappointed in the lack of Communication in the end.
