Since we were first time home buyers, we would have liked more explanation on things. It also felt as if things were very rushed at the end of the loan process, and it felt as if those things should have been taken care of sooner and not so close to the closing date.

There was a long wait involved because of certain documents needed. We didn't hear back as often as we would have liked. We had to initiate many of the calls. Also a change was made midway of our process and it wasn't changed on their end. Made things hectic at closing. David was very friendly and I just assumed he was busy and doing the best he could. We are very happy with the loan. We are also very appreciative. It wasn't a bad experience at all, just lengthy and frustrating at certain times

The experience was fine. I felt like I was talking to a new person all the time and communication wasnt as accurate as it should have been. There was a few times when I was asked to "sign this" without clear information on what I was suppose to sign or inaccurate information given so I had to sign thing a second time.
