I was contacted by NAF looking to do a cash out refi. Agent Carolyn K. Was nice and seemed very confident that it can be after all paperwork etc was submitted. Next thing I know I was getting the runaround, told it would be 2-3 days then hearing nothing. I was calling and emailing 2-3 times a week. Then I got declined but Carolyn told me to wait until 1/15/25 and will get it done. That also had me emailing 2-3 times a week being put off time after time. I wasted money and time dealing with this company and agent. I urge everyone to look elsewhere

Horrible company to go through for mortgage. I have to have flood insurance as I live on a river. I got a new flood policy for $1,500 that would replace one that was supposed to renew for $4,199. They decided to pay the $4,199 policy even though the new $1,500 policy was in their inbox along with a cancellation form for the $4,199 policy. Their excuse “we got the $1,500 policy on August 2nd and it takes us 48-72 hours to process requests and put them into our system. We paid the $4,199 policy on August 5th so we were unable to accept the $1,500 policy.” AND NO ONE THOUGHT TO CHECK WITH ME ONCE THEY SAW THE $1,500 POLICY IN THEIR INBOX. They could have done a stop pay and reissue but they literally just blatantly IGNORED it. And they told me there was nothing they could do for me. So my mortgage is going to sky rocket because they decided to ignore paperwork. So in turn I get screwed over even though all of this was out of my control and now I am trying to figure out things to sell to pay into my escrow to cover this so I can afford to pay my mortgage. Stay far away from them.

I did all the work as a first time homebuyer! I am very pleased and happy with my home and what I picked but no one showed me house no one asked me what I was looking for. I looked online found many many homes to view sent it to them and then we viewed I did their job I feel like

I feel I did all the research and I looked and picked out houses no one did it for me I did both of your guys job and i felt very alone through it all. All I thank I thank Laura for is for her amazing way she helped me with my finances

Communication with a first time home buyer is crucial. it should only be One person not 6 diffrent people that gives you 6 different answers to questions

If Roger had stayed out of it and let Amanda do her job, the whole thing would have been better. Roger was unprofessional in pretty much every way and the one time he responded to me directly, he basically called me a liar when I told him how m 401k stuff worked, as if I don't know how my OWN ACCOUNT WORKS.

This review isn't necessarily for Marcia as Marcias name appeared on my closing escrow papers and wasn't involved during the actual transaction or responsible for the experience I received from new american funding. However, closing was delayed two weeks due to improper communication, poor scheduling from the original officier.
