I want to stress that the initial communication was great, the interrogatory part of the process , you asked for information and I provided it. Then as I entered the final phase , the waiting phase communication dropped off significantly, I left several emails and voice messages with no return. The closing timing was a disaster, it was well known that I needed to close before the 16th of November, I was told my their was dialogue with the current mortgage holder and there was flexibility .

It was not a good experience because everything was rushed and unorganized. Unfortunately Tamara bears the responsibility for others. Kevin Robinson was the best he informed of what to expect and I felt as like she should have. At closing I did not know how much I needed until that day. Communication was the worst.

I felt that I was left hanging in the wind at closing. At closing I was being asked for Documents. First the lender pushed it back a day, then they when we were sitting at the table pushed 2hrs more, then an additional two hours. Then the lack of communication that last week was horrible. Then the night before closing asking for documents I had already sent weeks before. Made the experience horrible. I will never use an out of state lender again and will advise my friends and family the same.

Loan officer was extremely difficult to get ahold of and I only heard from him if he needed something, not vice versa. Lines of communication need to be open both ways.
