The experience with Rick was disappointing and stressful. What began as a promising process turned into errors and communication failures that jeopardized the closing. This loan officer is not recommended for a smooth and reliable mortgage process. Luckily we were able to close, but I give him no credit in that.

First of all, there is absolutely NO reason that my loan process should have taken 8 weeks!!! Secondly, they fired the salesman that I was working with when the loan processor, Sandy Tran, is the one that caused our problems! Third, the sales manager, Anthony Johnson, called us to let us know that they fired the salesman & he made promises to us but wouldn't return our calls after that. Fourth, they quoted me an interest rate but since it took SO LONG to finish, the agreed interest rate went up. Sandy Tran asked for the most ridiculous things to verify EVERYTHING sometimes 3 different times! At the end I had to beg her to send it in to the underwriter so we could close the loan. I had the worst experience I've ever had dealing with loan processes & I've been getting loans for over 30 years. I would NEVER recommend y'all for anything & will NEVER be back to use y'all again, if I can help it.

I would explain if a supervisor would call me back. I've made several calls only to be told one would call me back and never did. I also left messages for Rayan and she never responded. After creating a mess of a loan she disappeared never heard from her not even close to closing. This is all I've received. It's so disappointing because she was awesome for a moment.

No one was communicating with one another. Smart comments were made by professional people, and never should have been stated. This was a horrible experience. Promised things that weren't true, and no one was ever in the same page. Latoya was kind, but wasn't knowledgeable of her products the way a normal processor would be. Ms. Mack had a very smart and nasty mouth. Didn't know how to talk to someone who was using their money to do a business advance. Just an unpleasant experience, and this was not the kind of company I expected the experience to be from the way it was described in the beginning. I did hardly get any of the money I expected, everyday it became less , and less. I never should have gotten this loan because at the end of the day, what I set to achieve wasn't achieved, and had to get another loan to achieve it. This company totally a disappointment.

COMMUNICATION was terrible! No one was ever vailable for a phone call. The length of time that it took to close the deal on a refi was rediculous. The original pay offs that were requested from our creditors were in accurate due to the fact that the process ws extended. Therfore we had to contiue to pay the bills because NAF were drag assing. Then to charge me a $37k closing fee on a VA refi is just WRONG! NAF lied to me about buying down points and promissed if the rates go down then my rate would go down as well. NOT the case! The VA rates went down multiple times but mine did not. NAF increased my by "BUY Down" amount from $17k to $20K+ but my rate never dereased. No one was ever avilable to answer phone calls or questions! I could contiue but this is enough! Never let "BAD" business be your last busines with a customer!
