A little more communication through out the loan. I felt that towards the end of the loan I could have gotten a little more communication. I was surprised that I had to come in a little more than I had expected. Over all Steve and his group was great to speak too and work with.

I believe the underwriter took too long to make the final approval even after the closing disclosures. I provided the same documentation several times on different occasions. Communication could be a lot better.

If we could have honored the 4% loan lock rate and not had to miss my COE with the builder it would have been excellent. Up until 1 week before COE things were going along relatively well and then in fell off the tracks due to unexpected circumstances but the worst part was the failure to communicate. We had a great working relationship. In the future I would suggest letting the customer know who else they can contact if they can't contact you. Especially if you will be going out of town.
