Better communication. Loan officer waited tell last minute to restructure the loan which pushed our closing date out multiple time, also waited until the last minute to collect information they needed for us to close Which made the process very very stressful and caused my husband to miss two weeks of work.

The entire process was disorganized from the beginning. After more than 2 months, I still don't have a penny of the money we borrowed and the closing documents we received are for another family. Where are my closing documents?

Jon Williams displayed significant shortcomings in managing this account. Communication was reliant only on me, the title/closing agency, and Buyers. Despite having received requested documents multiple times via email, Jon repeatedly asked for them again both from me and the title/closing agency. The Buyers, Sellers, Title/Closing Agency, and I all believe that this account experienced numerous delays due to Jon's lack of competence. I felt that our account started making progress when Stephanie Minjares started assisting toward a closing. I am grateful to have had Stephanie's assistance and even more grateful this account finally closed!

If I could rate my experience less than one star I would. Working with Blake,Honor Home, and NAF was honestly one of the most genuinely terrible experiences of my life. I felt truly disregarded and dismissed from the beginning of the process. My partner, who was not on the loan, was consulted and made aware of things long before any communication was sent to me. Decisions were made regarding financial matters without anyone having had a single phone conversation with me to see what I wanted or was okay with. I had to point out the exact same mistake across several days worth of paperwork with no acknowledgement or correction by the team. I was sent documents, that had to be signed, only to hear a couple of days later those were irrelevant. On several occasions I had to ask the exact same question 4-5 times and then have my partner ask that same question in order for me to get my answers. This was my first experience buying a home and while I should have been able to spend my time enjoying the experience and the massive success for me, but instead I spent almost everyday frustrated and in tears. If I had not found the perfect home, and had not had a very small time frame due to my previous living situation, I would have walked away from this team after just a couple of days. NEVER again will I be using this company, and I will and have been warning anyone and everyone I know to stay FAR FAR away from this company and this team. No one deserves to be made to feel the way that I was. Buying a home should be exciting, not devastating.

Vicky Liu , Kristin Hardaway and Neliza Rufo are very helpful. Communication is at best, knowledge on what they do is amazing, I would really refer them to my friends to use NAF for any service especially when buying a home for the family. We are beyond grateful for the wonderful experience.

The actual worst experience of my life . Ended up getting screwed over in the end paying more a month than we had talked about the entire process but then was told by them that they never told us that number and played dumb because they messed up, instead of just owning it and apologizing Scott just gaslighted us saying we were making stuff up and that he never said that even tho him and Diana told us that specific number MULTIPLE times . Just liars who just tell you one thing till the end to get you to buy it so they can make money off of you. Pitiful
