The level of disrespect to me and my team was appalling! No one running a business should be arguing and hanging up on their clients and clients team members. The closing date was pushed way past the original date and the communication of necessary documents was unsatisfactory to the point it all had to be done more than once. This was my first home and the experience was horrible!

Personality wise LaShonda was great. But there we're more than 1 occurances when she said I would get certain things I needed from her on a certain day and I wouldnt and she wouldnt even reach out to give me a heads up. Communication was terrible. Closing got pushed back because I didnt get CD. I was told I would get my clear to close by a certain day which caused me to hold off on making my wire transfer which pushed my closing date behind again. I just wanted her to communicate better.

I was expecting more regular updates, proactive response and quicker processing. The duration between loan initiation and closure was too long and at times I did not even know if my loan was processed or do I need to look somewhere else for my refinancing. Lot of room for improvement here, surely do not want to recommend to any friends with the experience that I had.

More communication between Lender, too many mistakes were made and no attention to details. Documents were not all finalized 3 days before closing day, on closing day we were scrambling and rushing lender to get all documents to the underwriter and title company, took an extremely long time to reply back when they received the documents. No communication with our realtor, he was always clueless about what was going on because our lender did not ever reach out to him.

Better communication. Rob does not pick up the phone or reply promptly. Ultimately loan was done. That’s all that matters ultimately.
