My husband and I only really talked to Tim once and if we needed anything we had to call him I have read his reviews and theres goid ones of ppl praising his support through thier buying process however for whatever reason I didn't feel it maybe those ppl had money to flash around or whatever the case was I feel we were always on the back burner. Buying a home is stressful enough and without any direction except when it benefited the ppl who were making the money. So no bueno! Glad it's over

Jim was always pleasant when we chatted, at the beginning of my process he was very assertive. Which I welcomed as a first time home buyer. The team around Jim was great, very communicative, emailed with questions, and followed up with any concerns. I'm very disappointed in the service I received from Jim, but mainly communication. I know he's highly recommended and I know his clients have been happy with him, but I just don't think I received the same service as those clients.

Initially Jim was very helpful and was able to get us pre-approved for a loan very quickly and on short notice. But after that it just went down from there. The team asked for documents multiple times, despite a timely response from us. We couldn't get definitative answers to some of our questions about total amount due at closing. And finally a mistake that cost us almost $6000 and didn't know about until the day of close. Horrible communication.

We are first time homebuyers and are completely new to this process. Our experience was less than desirable. We knew there would be more hoops to jump through and the process would be more intense with it being an FHA loan. The communication was terrible. I had more questions than most probably, but we wanted to know what was going on the entire time. Maybe there are somethings that should have been "common sense" but having never gone through this process before we had no idea.

This has been by far the worst mortgage experience I’ve ever been involved with. I have personally had 9 mortgage transactions and it appears to me that this company took on more than they could handle and or some of the people involved don’t know what they are doing. I wouldn’t say that it was Shane’s fault. It was just the whole experience. Not to mention 7 days after closing I still have not been wired funds.

The communication during this transaction was almost nonexistent. I emailed several times with no response at all from Ryan. When I did get a response he said he would look into it and find out the answer and would never get back to me. I told Ryan we were going to be pushing the closing up from the 9th to the 5th and he must’ve just forgotten so everything was delayed and we ended up having to close on the 10th instead which put my customers in a hotel until we could close.
