Complete unsatisfactory and unprofessional. Dustin gave the most convening assurances he would close on time. If he needed more time he just needed to say it up front instead of dragging it out for days. He passed the buck constantly and did not take responsibility for any delays. His underwriting department took at least three different looks at the file and each time found another issue. Even past the date of closing on the contract. Dustin initiated a dry closing without informing all parties. And we are STILL waiting for funding days after docs have been signed. Dustin did not provide a Closing Disclosure when asked and got rude about it. I have been a real estate broker for almost 20 years and this is one of my worst experiences. It should not be this hard. So disappointing. These are not just files. These are peoples lives we are dealing with. Moving, packing, kids, pets, etc. If you can’t produce what you promised just say and fix it.

The team did a horrible job communicating with me all the steps and what was expected by me. I would get phone calls telling me what to do or how much money to send. I was completely lost and frustrated on the entire process. Hey, you got a new client and that is exactly how I felt. Just a statistic.

Not getting ripped off.

This company is a scam. Once they pressure the client into paying their $475 fee, they ask for the same info over and over again. They tried to claim (blaming the appraiser) that we live in a shed, when even a simple Google search can provide the correct information. Then they claimed that we had a foreclosure on a property years after we owned it. The correct info can be obtained through the county GIS website. Don't give this company any money... The numbers were not communicated to me correctly and the research was not done on your companies part until after the fact.

I did not have much communication with Jane. I informed Donna how much I was looking to pay monthly and what ea son my price range the entire time I said I can afford and what is reasonable is a monthly mortgage of $1300/month similar to what I was paying in my former apartment. When the loan disclosure was sent over it was not explained that my mortgage would be $1500 plus and then after that go down to $1300. I was explained this at my closing by the lawyer. Very unhappy

I’ve used Jose Plascencia in the past and was very happy with his level of attention, dedication and communication. This time around, I was very disappointed. My realtor would ask for documents and it took days for Jose to respond. He didn’t respond to 75% of my calls and texts and kept forgetting information I’d already given him. My financial contingency was extended twice and closing delayed 2 days. I gave him updated balance scores 7/9, he didn’t rescore until 7/24. Many other examples!

Need to provide clear and concise communication throughout the entire process. Should do a thorough analysis of clients situation and information. Should provide details of all programs available for 1st time homebuyers and down payment assistance. Follow up and follow through needs improvement. I would not recommend.
