The refinance process was disorganized, lacking communication, and took four times as long as it should have. Drew was generally responsive in the very beginning and at the very end. The rest of the time he failed to jump in when this process was clearly going sideways with the processor who was incompetent, apathetic, and had no sense of urgency. The overall experience was incredibly frustrating and I was exceedingly close to pulling the plug several times.

Nice man but no follow through or help from the troubles we had in the start of this process. Actually all 5 people we have worked with have all been nice and apologized, and promised to make things right. Here we are 2 months into a simple thing and just withdrew our loan. None of them did anything to make it right like they promise. Always out of town or office and never knows whats going on with the loan, we were returning customers and treated not good by their lack of communication\action

Following your company's mission statement should be the "bare minimum" standard to which a company operates. Timely service (my refi took 6 mos to complete) , follow-up communication ( I never knew where we were in the refi process), and return phone calls (I often had to reach out to management or others to get my rep. to call me back) would have made this experience better.

Brittani, is very good and getting back in a reasonable time. But she can be harsh and impatient. She definetley knows how to do her job. She can answer all questions and gets the job done, but she is impatient and rushes through, and easily gets frustrated with customers. We appreciate that she was able to get us better rates and reached out to us. But she must be retrained on how to interact with customers respectively.

Lack of communication between Belinda, her team and Capshaw. I sent several documents more than twice when if they were communicating with each other it could have been avoided and some documents were requested at the last minute.

During our refinance process the communication we received was sparse and inaccurate.
