All documents must show accurate financials. I received documents showing incorrect points, wrong loan costs, escrow errors, and other mistakes. Even if this was unintentional, these mistakes caused a painstaking process to complete my refinance.

We had a pretty lengthy call with Robin in regards to our initial application. Once we got the official numbers, it was quite a bit different from the original verbal quote. And there was no record of what we had discussed except what we wrote down. Robin seemed like she knew what was happening at the beginning but several thousand off is concerning with no explanation. In the end, we did have a quick closing and things worked out but there were a couple occasions we considered cancelling.

To be honest I really feel unappreciated I try to communicate with my loan officer and I did not get the response I need it’s feel like after the sale Im nothing more than that. I happy to be homeowner but don’t feel like was treated with the best customer service and it’s a learning lesson because at closing cost i was told to pay 5,700.00$ but I ended up paying almost 600.00$ More!!!! then what I was told that really sucks for I have no help on my end but that’s happen with bad communication.

There were so many individuals involved in the process and their roles weren’t clear to me. Though re-fi’s are an everyday process to you, it’simportant for you all to remember you are handling confidential financial information. Randomly a new person sends me a new email requesting info. It would be helpful to have that communicated at the beginning of the processes re: who will request info. Maybe I missed something but the # of people involved was surprising.
