With the inability to make any negotiations on our percentage rate, and the multiple administrative mistakes that were made on our loan documents, that both our realtor and us barely caught we are not happy with the service we received. Once our loan application had moved to the processor, we no longer received any communication or assistance from our originator without having our realtor get involved.

I never spoke to Nichole, although I called multiple times. I mainly spoke to/exchanged text messages with Brandi.. as far as I was concerned Nichole did not exist.

We was given false information repeatedly. Lied to several times on the amount of closing costs. It was eventually resolved only after clearing our schedule repeatedly and taking unnecessary time off for closing day only for no one to show repeatedly because of lack of communication on their part.

Bailey was great on the first call but once we signed up it was impossible to get any information from him. Jennifer Vo should receive any and all commissions as she did all of the work and communication.

Communication, Drew would only reach out when it was something he needed he would not return phone calls when I had questions. He would however answer my realtor when she contacted him! He got me a pre approval for something I would not actually be approved for, luckily we ended up buying a house below what he approved me for. He told me if I used their preferred realtor I would get $750 off closing costs then didn't me that they "used that money to negotiate a lower interest rate for my loan"

We did a VA Vendee loan which is frustrating for everyone. In the very beginning Sergio Alverez was great. As time went on and things got a little rough, Sergio stopped answering mine and my realtors calls. We received no further assistance from him. My husband and I are Vets with PTSD, this was not a good thing for us. It further frustrated us, and made our house buying experience terrible. Sergio needs to be retrained in communication and customer service.

Delays in every part of transaction starting with pre-approval & ending with two closing delays. Total lack of communication near the end of the process from Tyler. He literally didn't respond to my phone calls and emails during the last two weeks of the transaction. I felt like Tyler may be new and that he didn't know what to expect and this caused delays. I'm a real estate broker & have recently referred a client to NA for Vendee financing, but specifically told them to not use Tyler.
