Being a first time home buyer I would have wanted to feel more support, feedback, and updates as time got closer for closing. I feel that certain a things that was asked of me could have been resolved so on the day of closing could have gone smoother.

Process what sometimes frustrating by delayed contact and correspondence. Terrible communication with the builders representative and the lender which resulted in issues at closing.

Some documents that were needed to close was left for the last minute therefore delaying our closing time. Other than that everything else was great.

Pam and her team did not treat me like a valued customer. They did not communicate effectively and things were rather last minute. My closing was botched grossly. Pam went on leave the week of my closing and provided no notification of her absence. I was clearly not a priority as a customer. The lack and poor quality of communication was troubling and made for a very unpleasant experience
