Nate was great to talk to and I enjoyed working with him overall. I sincerely felt like he did do his best to help me get the best deal he could. I needed to go through the refinance process twice, over the course of over 4 months! This was due in most part to a subordination. Things were hectic, I understand. The biggest problems were the miscommunication I received in the second refinance and the incorrect closing amount discovered after closing.

First of all I'm a new home buyer. I felt rushed to upgrade for items such as the color of the kitchen cabinets. I desired a cream color which was not available although it was on the chart. Angelina was a diamond in the rough. She helped me stay in my right mind. With her encouragement, lovely, joyful, and delightful spirit. I thoroughly enjoyed her expertise in keeping me well informed during each step of the funding/buying process. I thank God for Angelina.

Bailey kept me informed of all the steps throughout the process, and processors did extra work to make sure the loan went through. I attempted several phone messages and emails for a supervisor and they all refused to get back in touch with me. The toxic leadership and their atmosphere of encouraging the bare minimum at the plano office is disgusting. I do not know how Jarrod Harris and Jeffrey Keeter have jobs after their horrible work ethic and poor customer service skills.
