These are just a few things that could have made our experience better overall: Better communication, being more knowledgeable about FHA and USDA loan qualifications on housing and or catching disqualification between the two. Keeping up with paperwork/inspections. Working with realtor more closely and answering questions more directly. If certain issues were caught by being more knowledgeable it would have saved us thousands of dollars.

I prefer to work with someone who responds to my emails. It takes several follow-ups and calls to get a hold of Kevin. Overall, I felt like NA employees were only responsive when demanding for signatures and documents, but unresponsive when I had a question. Overall, I wasn't treated as a valued customer. The moment I moved forward with the loan I became a low priority. If it wasn't for the new refi tax, I would've cancelled. Went with a small company for better customer, guess I was wrong.

Do not mail a loan disclosure before the customer decides what they even want, and then demand signatures before you correct it. Know more about the loan before you offer (i.e., length of loan) and the terms cannot be met. Stick to scheduled appointment times and do not harass the customer when they disclose their busy schedule. QC the loan paperwork; multiple times, numbers and personal info was incorrect, even at closing!

better communication<back in sept iwas sent a closing disclosure and was told I would be closing the following week, which never happened, didn't hear from anyone for a few weeks until I called looking to see what was happening, then finally closing 3 months later

Better communication and timeline of events, she did not take constructive criticism well. I noticed things that were not done correctly, and when confronted, she became defensive and still did not fix the problem.

Communication, getting things done in a timely manner, she dropped the ball in the end and caused delays just as I expected her to. We didn’t want to use her because she is not local. We wanted to use the local rep and my client somehow got sent to her instead of the local rep. I knew we would have issues and we did.

Sema was good at the beginning, but once the underwriting started, she never communicated status or issues. I had to be the one always following up, asking where we stand. Sometimes, I wouldn’t get a response and had to follow up multiple times. Then I would ask a question, and would be told they urgently need some documentation; often documentation that I already gave to them. This was terrible experience. I would not recommend them.
