There was very limited communication with the loan officer and the processor. I followed up every other day 2 weeks before closing to ensure they had everything to close on time but the evening before closing in the morning, I was notified the documents were still not with the attorney and we closed late.

I went through the NAF cash program. It was horrible. Michael had no knowledge of anything related to NAF cash. He was always telling me conflicting information than what the naf cash team was telling me. He was a very nice person but not helpful at all and made my buying process a nightmare.

We had a unique situation in the purchase of our home - ex-wife selling to her ex-husband; who in turn is purchasing home with his girlfriend and ex-wife was not to know about ANY of our transactions and she was sent insurance documents to house... Ex-wife was given incorrect closing time too and almost arrived during our closing time - thank god she had to work. Agent needs to focus on one transaction at a time to get job done ACCURATELY. No recommendation from this client.

Communication was slow. On more than one occasion emails went unanswered or it took days to get a reply. The appraisal wasn’t ordered in a timely manner. Jullian was notified by myself the insurance quote I gave him was the absolute best price for the area. He ignored this and then blamed the closing cost increase on the difference in insurance price. The buyer was given different closing numbers and stayed confused on how much she would need to close, thiscause if many delays! This deal was saved by a gracious seller.

Our first experience with Amy was amazing. We wish we dealt with Amy instead of Ashley this time. Our interest rate was never locked in despite asking for a rate lock. There was barely any clear or proactive communication from the team unless we ask for specific items. Thankfully, this is our second home so we knew what to expect. But if you are a first time home buyer, you might be in a for a surprise. Revised forms were all wrong. All in all, it felt more stressful than it needed to be.

When it was closing day I called Nader to make sure everything was good to go for funding. He said all was good. It was starting to get to be later in the day and the wire still had not come through to title. I called Nader and asked him what was going on. He immediately got defensive and when I was asking him questions to see what was going on he called me a rookie realtor and he said things like "I don't know how long you have been in the game but these questions are rookie question's" I have been doing this for 6 years. I was doing my job in asking questions as to where the funds were to insure my clients were able to close. I have never been spoken to by a lender like Nader spoke to me. I called my clients and told them how he spoke to me as they were the ones that chose him as their lender. They were also very surprised to the way he spoke to me. He also sent me text messages in the same yelling content as he did on the phone. He needs to get better at communication during the transaction period as he only communicated with me 2 times during the process and I'm not just saying the auto emails your company sends out to show where the deal is going. So I will never recommend Nader to a client as I'm afraid he will talk to my clients when they have questions the same way he spoke to me.

This company needs to work on their communication in office and with the customer. The first sign that showed that I should have gone elsewhere was that Envoy called the wrong company for an employment verification then faxed papers to an unknown number and I found out about it. The explanation I got was that they Googled the number. Envoy ruined my closing by not being prepared, and it toom 4 hours to close. They ruined my home buying experience.
