As a realtor I like to have some type of relationship with lender. I never spoke with Kaylee, I didn't receive a return call, or email. Never thank you for referring him back to New American, -0- Now processor Bilala Ghaddar was stellar!

My application was not updated while loan officer was out of office causing delays. Same docs were requested from me more than one or twice. I had to escalate to the manager. Appraisal process was incomplete and confusing, and turned to "finger-ponting" between appraiser and your team. Lender's credit was reversed, i asked for reason but no response.

Slow response times and having to resubmit the same documents multiple times as well as not working with the same person for the entire process was frustrating. There obviously was a disconnect with communication.

Kat had great communication in the beginning of the transaction. As the transaction continued she didn't return my calls. It was somewhat frustrating as a realtor to not get a call back 3 days before settlement. I appreciate all her hard work in getting the deal done. I just wished the communication was better.

Having refinanced with Stearns previously, they just had better customer service, an amazing live app and website. I was kept up to speed weekly and the process was a lot faster. Yes, I ended up with a better interest rate with you guys, but the process and communication needs improvement. I felt like I was constantly having to reach out to get updates on the status. I’m glad it’s complete and it wasn’t horrible...it just wasn’t as easy or as great of an experience as I had with Stearns.
