I want to be very clear that it wasn’t Matt Peterson that was the problem. The loan processor had what appeared to be a very disorganized way of going through our paperwork kept getting asked to submit the same things over and over again each time a couple of days apart. The underwriter combed through my clients file like no other underwriter ever has on any client. We all worked tirelessly to provide the underwriter what they needed. They had no concern for our deadlines. We closed 9 days Lat

Marcos is good. He always helped when I had questions. However I was disappointed about getting papers on my email that I need to sign with no explanation of what I was signing. I took me longer to go over the papers and find out myself through research about the documents. I felt stupid during the whole process because it was my first loan and I didn't have idea of the process. So definitely more explanation would be great. His assistant is very pushy but couldn't answer my questions.

I received minimal support to explain the extensive paperwork. I did not receive important information in a timely manner, which made me have to take time off of work to address phone calls so I wouldn't have 2 house payments -which was not previously explained. The letter I received about discontinuing the original house payment came 2 days before the closing of this escrow, and they wanted a 5 day notice, which was not possible. This was VERY stressful, and took multiple phone calls to fix.

I appreciate the hustle Bjorn and team displayed especially Jenna. However, this was the worst loan processing experience I ever had and I've purchased multiple properties (investment and primary). I did not get final loan confirmation until a day prior to closing???!!! Needless to say, this was most nerve-racking with questions and letters I needed to write almost every other day even after I'd been approved and provided all typical documentation. I think they can do better!

Took forever to get done. She had back surgery right after taking us on for a loan. That delayed things, her assistant had to get things done. There was always more paperwork needed to be signed, why it couldn't be sent all at once instead of being spread out over several weeks. Not organized at all. They were to pay off a couple debts as a condition of loan yet took no details to pay them. Supposed to pay with check snail mailed to them in 2 weeks! They'll be late by then! Do NOT use them!
