Joanna started the process with me and things seemed to be going well. Then I got handed off to Jose, the underwriter and it seemed to get bogged down. I sent him the same items multiple times and I had to do a conference call to verify my HELOC three times at 30-45mins each call. That said, the entire experience wasn’t pleasant but the interest rate kept me in the game.

Worst experience I every had with the processing. I had to advise senior processor on how to do and handle situation with your title company and to correct several mistakes.hab to pay extra for lock in on rate because of their mistakes and was not even advised.

It shouldn't have taken 4months to close refi that had no exceptions and every document requested was promptly provided. The extended time frame ended costing me more money in points to keep my initial rate lock. A terrible experience.

Communication was great in the beginning of the process. As the process continued, communication dwindled. I paid for points, which were never spoken about - I read it in the paperwork. By the time of closing, the terms originally brought to my attention were not honored. Granted, they did offer to push back the settlement date but this didn't work for my schedule. People are nice but I believe they're trying to get as many loans processed as possible.

The process began well but as it progressed communication became less frequent. I will say if I contacted them they always responded, but I would have been more satisfied if they had kept in touch without my calling or texting them. In all fairness I believe it was underwriting and funding that caused the delays. IAs a customer I would have appreciated a weekly update even if it was, it’s still with underwriting or with whom ever versus no communication. Debbie was wonderful to work with.
