Please be more on time with notifying customers regarding making payments as well as sending in necessary documentations. There were certain instances at the day of closing where I was notified to provide documentation regarding something they did not notify me earlier for and sudden changes regarding closing time and location during which I had to cancel already made plans to accommodate. This is a extremely burdensome for customers especially when they have to move

I think our experience would have been better if we were able to sit down with Mike in person from the beginning. Obviously that was not an option with COVID policy.

I did not feel as though the communication was the best. I think there may have been something going on in his personal life that contributed to it though and I completely understand that.

Communication was almost non existent after the initial docs were provided. I had to call for updates and even had to call to verify that requested items had been received. It took multiple emails to Max just to get him to respond. Then, when there was a problem getting the deed of trust filed, no one bothered to inform me if the delay. I had to place several calls just to find out what was wrong and how it would corrected. On a brighter note, my loan processor, Diana Catano did a very nice job

I gave this rating because of my experience with her assistant Amanda. Although Pam did step in and further assist. Pam needs more help. My closing day was horrible because of lack of communication. It took 4hrs for me to get my keys because they had the wrong file and the seller refused to sign based off of someone else’s file. Saying that I had to pay more money for upgrades that were paid for.There needs to be more involvement,communication and organization between the loan officer&buyer.

Did not communicate well at closing. Showed up to the title company to sign closing package without even knowing what the finalized closing costs were. Other than that, everything went smoothly and was pleased with the rate he got for me.
