Completed transaction on March 25, 2025

Mr. Seago told me, a woman, that all of the loan processors are women and they don't like to work hard nor do they communicate via phone because they aren't hard workers. I have never in my life been so insulted.

Review by Mary Natalie Dolman for Jennifer Patronsky

Better communication. More efficient service. No one would even start looking at our file until the last minute , just days before closing, and realize there's a ton of work and more documents still needed. We are then scrambling to get everything together and don't make our closing date. we extended 4 times. We waited at the title company for over an hour for documents that we were told were already there and never came . Then the next day , when they did come, there were discrepancies. I had to up my blood pressure medication due to the stress of this process. Maybe hire some more loan officers , two people handling 15 cases isnt enough.

He was nice enough, but once again, there was a major break down in communication throughout this process. The buyer was extremely frustrated and was considering switching lenders. I couldn't get him or his manager to return voicemails i left when we were in a time crunch to hold this transaction together. This is a common theme when working with NAF.

Review by Rachel Christine Bullard for Bryce Sellers

Completed transaction on February 12, 2025

I have been extremely frustrated with the lack of professionalism throughout this process. I expected to work directly with Bryce as my loan consultant, but instead, I was mostly passed off to her assistant Lisa. There was little communication or guidance from Bryce, which made this experience far more stressful than it needed to be. I trusted Bryce to handle this process with care and professionalism, but I feel like I was not given the attention or support I deserved. This has been a disappointing experience, and I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve how you work with future clients.

Review by Richard Vladimir Ibanez for Charlotte Zornes

Completed transaction on February 4, 2025

This is my second business transaction with Charlotte Zornes and I should have recalled my firt transaction with her which left me less than impressed. Although I achieved a somewhat favorable outcome, I was not enthralled with her communication skills, nor her uncanny ability to talk over you during a conversation, as well as not clearly communicating all aspects of the loan. this is her profession and she does this all the time, I do not. This is no different than me expecting her to know my profession as a Program Manager. Against my better judgement, I came back to Charlotte because the original lender did not have the product I needed (DSCR) and I was under a time constraint. Thinking things may be different this go around, all the previous detaild expeirences were relived with the addition of being made to feel as though I was at fault for not coming to her sooner as my preferred lender. Moreover, while going through the loan process, I was assured by Charlotte the original lender I utilized could have the home inspection (already conducted and paid for ($650) transferred to the new lender. The inspector would not change the name of the lender on the appraisal. Mind you, I was reassured by Ms. Zornes that was not going to be an issue. Since it could not be accomplished and I had to attain another inspection at a higher cost of $750 to include a rush fee. When asked to aid in paying for the rush fee to minimize additional costs, it was relayed that was not going to happen. I stopped speaking to Ms. Zornes altogether and just spoke through my real estate agent as I felt her energy was not conducive to a good business relationship. Again , I achieved a somewhat favorable outcome but at an additonal additional cost of frustrations due to lack of clear an consice messaging and overall respect for the customer. Rest assuridly this is my final transaction with her.
