Bank statement were'nt even read all involved waited till two days before close to tell me I did'nt have enough income to borrow $466,500 when I was pre approved for $650k. Nobidy even brought up that I have $5k a month going to a retirememt program if they would have read the bank statements they would see that the payment comes right out of my bank account on the 5th of every month, so I can afford to give $5k amonth to that but can't afford a $3844 a month payment. I also told them to look at the bank statement that there income on me waa ws wrong that theres a min of &20k left everymonth in my bank accout and over $250k in a profoulio. I was pre quialtfied for the loan through credit karma witch I know shows a score a little lower that the real report but Emily tried to tell there waa a 130pt differance between her report for May (old) of 685. AND what credit karma had at 772 so id ypur going to pre qualtfy using credit kama then you need to honor there score. No one seemed able to do simple math they showed a $15,100 a month income and kept telling me my dti was at 52% when I went iver it with them 3 times and it came out to less than 50% each timw theyd havw a new excuse like I need to pay a $160 credit card bill off that I sent poof its was paid ofd in full each month. Enjoy the mkmey you do make off the loan as soon as rates drop I'll have it bought out and your group will never make another dime off me.

Neals communication was terrible. I tried reaching him multiple times and left voicemails. He never once called me back. Closing got delayed & needed extensions.

Communication was lacking throughout the process. there were times when we had sent in documents or were asked to provide information that we had already provided, or alterations to the loan terms were made without our us discussing them. Additionally, emails were consistently sent to the wrong email throughout the entire process after asking several times to correct this error. the closing date was ultimately pushed back because of this misunderstanding which was frustrating for us and the sellers. At some point in the process it seemed like axel . Got tired of talking to us and was in the bare minimum of communication towards the end of the loan. we were also given absolutely zero information about the actual closing process ahead of time and the title company had to call us in a panic to make sure that everything got signed on time on closing day. lastly , rates were raised signifacntly significantly after the hard credit check which felt misleading and unfair because NAF had already done a soft credit check and should have been able to give a straight answer about what we could expect to be paying before a hard credit pull that lowered our scores.

Communication was horrible. We were asked to repeatedly submit information that we already submitted. It was obvious that some employees worked from home and seemed to be preoccupied with things instead of our process
