Be more clear on what is needed to close on a loan. Was told multiple times that they had what they needed and then it wasn't enough. Was asked for the same information multiple times. Very stressful journey to get to closing. Would not recommend.

Christian didn't communicate well. Most young people these days don't know now to communicate . He needs to understand common courtesy. He didn't give me enough information about third party companies that I needed to interface with. These are times where one has to be very careful about who you share personal information with. I felt that Christian lacks this understanding . Initially he didn't tell me not to message him, another example of poor communication. I work on classified systems so I am well aware of security risks. Christian expects people to go with the flow and mentioned that no one has ever expresed these concerns. To make it better , inform your customers what to expect next and from whom exactly.

Lender communicated heavily with the seller's side, instead of leaving the buyer's agent to that job. It made it seem like she was advocating for the sellers more than her own clients. Communication was thrown off by the long email chains that involved people who didn't need to be included in the information, creating paperwork and further communication problems. Overall, her association with the sellers side made this transaction confusing, awful, and was completely unbeneficial to the buyers and buyers agent she was supposed to be serving.

The lender failed to be open, transparent, and very communicative! He lacked providing updates without being asked. I personally close 50+ transactions ALONE as a single agent a year working with multiple lenders and this by far in my 9+ years of experience has been one of the worst. The title company was frustrated with how that end of things went. It didn't close on time. The buyers were in tears and dissatisfied because of misccommunications and errors on the lenders side. It was truly an unpleasant experience I would never wish upon any of my customers but especially young first-time home buyers.
