Poor communication, the loan kept getting delayed so long that we had to sign twice. Lacked knowledge about auto loans that are tied to the mortgage. Very disappointed with the whole experience. We were recommended by a friend who is a Regional Bank Manager so we thought it would be a smooth transaction. It definitely was not.

Everyone was always easy to reach, polite, pleasant and professional in their communication. However, the content of our communication was rarely correct, and I was left on a few occasions with unanswered questions regarding basic numbers and terms. At the end, I honestly didn’t care whether the closing fell through or we got the house, I just wanted the “e-clicks”, phone calls and “rough estimates” (aka wrong numbers) to be over.

Better Communication. I found out we didnt recieve grant by seeing higher interest rate. Found out day of signing i owed more on closing costs and intrest rate was.3 higher. Unacceptable.

Dustin got my loan to the point of closing and then when I asked questions, I received no answer until several days later. The amounts we spoke about at the beginning were not the same as what he sent in the disclosures. He also made sure to tell me that I was rude for going with another carrier but there was no follow up and the communication after my loan was removed was VERY unprofessional.

If we had been told before the end of the process that the loan we were applying for was one that Yolanda had never done, with a company she had never worked with, and that there might be a delay, we would not have left our apartment when we did and spent 3 weeks imposing on family, and $1900 in pet boarding fees. It would have cost less to stay in our current residence until escrow closed. I feel that communication about this matter would have been the most professional way to handle things.
