I didn’t feel supported or appreciated throughout the process. This process was way more stressful than anticipated. I feel that if Nate communicated better it would’ve helped a lot. He honestly made me feel like he only would talk to another male and only replied to my husband. If I emailed him he often would not reply. Would not recommend Nate he really had very poor customer service in my opinion. I did speak with Roberto in the end and he was very nice, I really would have preferred working with Roberto instead of Nate.

I was never communicated with and as a list agent, that’s very important to me. I want to have confidence in the lender and the buyers qualifications.

Ms Aisha Golden is one of the most unprofessional and uninformative people I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Removing her from anything customer service related would be a recommendation. (I requested to work with another underwritten but didn’t get the opportunity) I asked her multiple times to help clarify exactly what documentation I needed to produce to complete my VA loan application and it wasn’t until days after my contractual closing date that I was finally given the right information. She lied and said she received documents late when we sent a screen shot of email communication showing she had the report two days earlier than she claimed. (Sent to Westin Moore via text) I actually tried to walk away from Mr Cooper mid application but I was informed they would make things right and meet our closing deadline of 28 April which didn’t happen. Ms Golden didn’t review our documents and find errors until the literal day of closing. Requiring a structural test and additional proof I am a veteran plus multiple letters of intent (10 letter revisions). I will be reaching out to the BBB for this poor conduct by the underwriting. Aside from that I had no other issues with Mr Cooper and the other staff for loan coordination did well. In the end I stuck it out to make the seller happy because I didn’t want to have to start over with another bank but I will not be returning to Mr Cooper for any more loans in the future. Dear reader, I received a phone message ordering me to sign a contract right away no matter what I had to do. That was beyond unacceptable and the process really drained me. I would recommend to review your customer service approach. Not everything is money and closing deals. I hope you reconsider that you are dealing with human beings and respect towards them should be number one priority. This is a conjoint/team work, well, it did not feel like it. Anyway the deal was closed but the feeling regarding the process is far from happiness.
