Your underwriter was 6 weeks late closing. No information came from the loan officer as to why the loan had an issue. Ridiculous reason for denying the loan the first time.

More communication. Every conversation was short and felt that Doug was in a rush to hang up. I would have liked for him to communicate better when documents needed to be signed.

I emailed him and he never responded. Only communication was on an auto email stating what stage the loan was in. At the closing table the buyers said they reached out to him over a week ago and never heard from him.

Danny qualified his client for a DPA loan that we later found out had been out of money since early 2024, meaning it didn't exist. ?I?t seems like he didn't know this until about 10 days prior to close. We granted an extension but even then he didn't seem to give much attention to this loan. two extensions and much prodding from me, later he finally did close the loan. I feel his process and attention to detail when qualifying borrowers could use an upgrade.

Adrian was not communicative. Requests went unanswered and I was told to ask the buyer's agent. There is still an outstanding document (the loan approval letter) that he refuses to send. Final closing documents needed by the title company were delivered at the 11th hour on closing day without any apologies. Adrian was also very rude to my title rep when she was requesting documents so we could close on time. I will be eerie of accepting an offer on one of listings in the future if he is the loan officer on the contract.

No communication beginning with my first call and text. He never did call me the next day. Never received any email to start the communication, no LSU provided and I had to threaten an cure with the buyers agent to receive one. Still no communication unless we begged for it. Really strange all the way around for sure.
