Although I have provided everything on time, they extended my closing day 3 times. First, they extended for two weeks. After two weeks, they extended for 3 days, after 3 days, they extended for two days. They are very slow to work with. I am disappointed and don't recommend them to anyone who cares about the closing date.

Bad experience in the whole process. First, I hope he could advise me not to lock the interest rate when he is not even seen the sales contract or tell me that i will get penalty if the loan doesn't close on time. I learned and had to pay for penalty when the rate got extended twice after the fact. Second, the closing document which i signed is not event right. The 2% maxlimit error should be caught by him or his team before it is finalized so i don't had to send the wires twice. even more

Not knowing who is responsible for this mess, I prioritize this way First, having the underwriter request a handrail be placed on a set of stairs at a door we don't even used after we have already closed was absolutely ridiculous. Second, my loan should've been funded on Friday and here it is Sunday and we are yet to have our loan funded. Because of that, we are accruing late fees. Absolutely uncalled for. I have more to say but due to character limitations feel free to call for the rest.

I have already voiced some of my concerns to David Marinez. I have multiple emails and I'm sure multiple recorded phone conversations that would help to explain why I did not have a pleasant experience. I have refinanced a home before, as I communicated with Neil, and it was nothing at all like this experience. To actually have the things done he said he was going to do, would have helped. To not insist upon talking on the phone, every time we communicated. To verify changes in writing each time

I would have appreciated more communication about the underwriting process and why my loan changed hands in underwriting. It caused undue stress and delay.

Lack of communication. Almost lost the loan because of last minute changes. Was driving in a uhaul moving truck during a snow storm when Chris called and informed me that I will lose the loan if I could not sign some docs NOW. Had to find a library in a small town to sign docs. Very stressful and should not have happened. Very unprofessional.

Our original loan officer was Danny Hakker, he was wonderful. Kept us posted on things. He was Hospitalized. Things went down from there. Hieu was pretty good. At least he spoje to us in a professional manner. Emil not so much, my c daughter is in the process of buying her first home originally going to use Danny to do her loan. I found a new lender for her to use. For no other reason than the treatment,rudeness and empty promisses. And he is a supervisor????

if you were honest about your fees and your actual turnaround time from the start. I don't appreciate being quoted closing cost and a thirty day turnaround. But in the end the cost went up four times what I was quoted and it took 3 times as long to close. Because of your huge delay to close. you then used that as an excuse to rip me off on closing cost. I definitely would not recommend you to any one I liked.
