I was very disappointed with my experience with New American Funding. Documents and the request for documentation was delayed by the lender. Our closing was delayed on our house because of poor management by the NAF. Very poor service.

If the representative or company had kept in contact or responded to my repeated calls and emails asking what was needed next.

Clear communication and better planning from start to finish. Not invoking a sense of panic throughout the entire process. More professional boundaries and less personal interference. A support team of people who actually know what's going on, who can answer questions, and who do not complicate the process.

If in the first set of papers that needed to be signed were sent all at once. Why ask for two things one day and two days later ask for something else? You know what is info is needed to get approval for a loan. A list should be sent out asking/telling the prospective customer what is needed. I would have rather took the time to gather all info I needed and sent in at one time vs needing something every other day. It was painful! Then when you ask for something your not specific.
