The CDs were not dispatched to closing attorney on time. The final CDs itself has incorrect numbers. expected better and faster response. Lot of follow needed from customer (buyer) side. Expected better help to get better interest rates (lower interest rate) on loan. But the over all loan closure was done on the expected closing date. Appreciated. Jane took care last minute things in a faster way.

I know this was much harder because of the pandemic. I just felt there could be more communication through the process.
