We had a 60 day closing and your team waited until the last minute to request more and more paperwork. We continually asked for updates and we received the same answer each time, “we’re all good”. The paperwork we initially turned in to your office was lost/shredded/mishandled, we don’t know as no answer was ever given. This was the most unprofessional closing I have ever been a part of.

We had a horrible experience and felt like the correct information was not given to us. Our loan and closing were delayed and while we were told our fees for the delay would be paid for by New American Funding, we ended up having to pay the fees at our closing. The original fees and interest rate we wanted were not locked in soon enough and the initial amount for our down payment was wrong. We felt very blindsided throughout the process because information given to us was faulty.

its really annoying to be asked almost every other day for more and more paperwork/documentiaon when each time you are told all we need is this one more piece of information over and over; only to get a call 2 days later being asked to submit yet another piece of information. Its also really frustrating to call wanting to speak to a person, when all you get is a voice mail and they don't return your call till the next day or two. Does anybody every answer the phone anymore ?
