The communication and process was extremely slow. Even after a few bumps the process took almost 4 months to complete. Our part of these delays would not total 2 weeks. So even at 3 months this was the worst experience with a refinance we have ever had in our lives. I really did not want to give this review, but future clients need to understand this happens. Hopefully this will help improve their services for future customers.

Although I was able to buy down the rate as desired, Chris' communication was average. I had to reach out numerous times during the process to get information or have questions answered after hearing nothing for 1-2 weeks. Again, the deal in the end was great, I would just encourage Chris to communicate pertinent information in a more timely fashion.

Rates were great, could not beat them anywhere. But there was no follow up from the lender, I had to take the initiative to keep things moving. Frustrating- but it did eventually all come together. More painful than it needed to be, but worth it (just).

1. As an existing customer, I thought I was to get notified if interest rates were lower. 2. It took several attempts at contacting Chris to ask about lowered rates. I tried emails, texts, phone calls, and no response. I had to get a quote from a competitor to receive an immediate reply. No sooner than I press send on that email, does my phone ring. I get that everyone during this time is busy, but it seemed I had to go to the extreme to get any reply. Everything else with the process went well.

I felt like I wasn’t kept in the loop. I would go weeks and not hear from anyone. Also, your website, the actual tool you use to submit documents is terrible. It doesn’t let you review what you have sent and it’s not very user friendly. Take a look at how quicken loans website is, irs outstanding. Honestly, if I could have gotten a better rate with them, I would have used them. At this point I would not recommend your company.

The webpage to upload information could be more user-friendly. Once Brittani turned the refi over to her colleagues, the communication was poor. I had to reach out many times for updates, and resending the same update request in order to get answers.
