COMMUNICATION!!!! Everytime you guys asked for paperwork and we would send it to you and we would never hear anything. We would call all freaked out a couple days later to find out you haven't looked at it or it was wrong but you never initiated the phone calls. It would be days of hearing nothing just to find out what we sent you was wrong or it never got forwarded to the people who needed it. Definitely need to work on your communication.

I can’t fairly judge the new guy that was assigned to my case, because he came at the very end of the process. However, it took months to finally get my loan approved...which I feel was due to a lack of miscommunication. There was numerous of times where I’d call, leave messages and emails and goes days even up to two weeks where I’d hear from someone. I’m actually still waiting to receive my funds and to get a proper update on the payment process. Overall I’d get my experience a 3/10.

It was just a long process to get everything approved, much longer than anticipated but at the end of the day it got done and we are happy that it's all done and got a fixed rate loan and money to make improvements.

The one thing I found was once Chris got your application in day one he answered the phone he was on top of it, after the third day I left three messages three days in a row with no return phone call. I sent an email with no return response. One suggestion I would have for Chris is to follow your clients all the way through the process even if you don’t have an answer return the phone call or a simple email. I even text and he said I’ll call you in just a few minutes still no response
