Communication throughout was poor. There were many changes in my 2nd loan that occurred with my 2nd loan that I was not aware of until the very last minute. This meant I had to sign a loan at a much higher rate than expected which is very disappointing.

James was very active in the process in the beginning, I believe I received overall good loan parameters however, once James received my business he disappeared from communication. I had to make all of the follow up phone calls to acquire status and progress of the loan. We had a 30 day close , all documents were returned by me immediately when requested, and his team left everything to the last minute which caused my closing date to be late and caused rescheduling of service and installations

Our experience with James took too long, info was always changing, and it was difficult to get a hold of James/team. When we started the refi, James said it should only take 1 mo to complete; it took close to 2. First we'd talk about one thing, then as time went on, things would change but we didn't know about it until later b/c again, we couldn't get a hold of anybody to get this info to begin with. At the end of the day, we did get a lower rate etc.,but the experience was very frustrating.

James and I had virtually zero communication. DONNA HOCEVAR was amazing and she saved the day for me!

Originally our point of contact was great with Blake Riddle. After our first week dealing with Blake we were contacted by Bailey, saying that Blake was no longer employed. This is where my experience turned south. Bailey sent me multiple incorrect closing documents asking me to sign them and he would fix the incorrect rates later. Our overall experience with Bailey was very unprofessional. I would not recommend Bailey to anyone looking to a loan.

Ashley Riley and associates tend to overlook requirements thus consistently produces documentation that is not reliable. Too tolerant of errors and fell short of the mark in terms of accuracy, quality and customer service. Definitely would not recommend!

I would have liked my phone messages and emails answered immediately. I would want my application to be processed timely. I would want accurate information to be provided to me.

It was not disclosed that extra time to complete the loan would cost us points and decrease the amount of money we were getting back. There was far too much paperwork, we would no sooner send requested documentation, only to receive another email asking us for something else. We did not have to provide near as many documents when we applied for our original mortgage.
