Too many Divisions ruined the flow of documents. Every other dai I was sent a document from some part of the company that needed signing "urgently". These should have benn presented to me the first time I was in the office, not piecemeal. Some were not even filled out and others were incorrect. The way Docusign works I sometimes signed blank pages. I was not happy. Even on the last day I was sent one more paper to sign at 4:00 pm! Who was in charge there?

Dominic is a good person but may lack some customer service skills. Whenever we had a suggestion or idea, his first response was "no" than he re-evaluates and says, "I'll see what I can do". I think a person who works so closely with customers, he should do his research before saying "no" to his customers. Also, maybe do some research on the type of home being purchased, what all is required by loan type and give as much detail (cost of misc. things) upfront.

Maybe it is just the time, but we never met him in person. I would have liked to put a name to a face. Communication was a tiny bit slow at times.

we had several problems with this loan. they required new loan #s and us to repeatly refile paper work. Although we don't know if Devin was responsible for our difficulties the process was very painstaking

Not making sure of Local Grants available to the buyer which in turn slow down the closing. Buyer found out about Grants through me. Not making sure the appraisal been done and finding out why not. Slowed down the process alot.

give the best option for customer not for themselves and what they qualifly for not for fee. communicate better and often to inform customer what to expect and to see when . what , where is going on. the customer feel they are just a number and the business is not necessary for them because they think they need them to finish the deal. other company give better deal and more education about their product than new American funding do with them you have to dig into to something when it really not
