Craig was very friendly! As the buyer's agent, I expected to be in the loop for the closing disclosure, the appraisal and other important steps more. I had to ask the buyer to forward me the CD so that I could review it, had to ask her if she had received an appraisal, etc. It would have been a greater experience if I had been included in the process in those important communications and didn't have to ask her if she had been receiving those things or asking her to forward. All in all, very good

I would ask the customer and discuss with them the lock in rate and ask if they want to wait or lock. i think especially when rates were dropping. it felt like the rate was locked to increase the yield. several times we were asked for docs we had already provided. We were made to feel that they were so busy that they would get to us when they had time. We were contacted about funding a day after we had already received our proceeds. communication could definitely be approved upon.

The people were great to work with, It's just that I feel the process took way too long. I know the difficulties with working remotely may have played a big part in that. Other than that, We're glad the process is complete. Thank you :-)

After our first communication, my awareness of the process dropped significantly. I was asked for required documentation and sent the 'you're in step 3 of 4' updates, but I feel like there were decisions made without me (such as interest rate) and I requested help with a line of credit but that discussion fell completely off once my refinance was completed. I trust the work that was done for me, but I feel like it happened really quickly (almost uncomfortably so) and without much input from me.
