I have used your company before and referred at least 2 people to your service, but I felt very duped when your company increased the fee assessed by over $500 because my home appraisal came back lower than expected. It is very unethical business practice to penalize a person who did everything correctly on their end because an appraisal came back different than expected. I’m sure a large company like yours really doesn’t care about my experience, and will always put profit before the customer.

This closing was delayed over and over with no reason once the appraisal was complete it continued until 20 minutes before it closed. The lender saying we are close. That’s unacceptable when people are driving 8 hours to close. My buyer drove the previous week all that way and then back and it didn’t close as promised. The underwriter sucked! They kept blaming the appraiser even after it appraised. It wasn’t until 5 minutes prior to close that Scott said there were other issues like the title co

The fact that it took 5 months for a refinance is unbelievable. Also the company has no regard for security of my information as they continue to this day to email me with secure information such as my social security number, bank account + routing number is just unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The process and communication from the beginning was really good and we were excited to work with Damien and his team. Unfortunately, 4 days before closing, the communication broke down and we had to delay closing multiple occasions.

Transaction and communication were good until the day of closing when everyone seemed to disappear and the attorney didn't receive the package until moments before the scheduled closing time causing us to sit there for nearly three hours waiting - and then the numbers were off causing my clients wire amount to be incorrect and you wouldn't allow a personal check for the difference causing yet another delay while he had to get certified funds. It was ridiculous...I would never recommend.

Communication for the first week or two was good. After that, it fell off completely. I emailed him multiple times with no reply. Had to depend on other from the company.
