If Gabriel had listened to my needs, taken down my information correctly, and made fewer *serious* errors that would delay the process of my refinance by over two months, I would be more likely to recommend him. If it were not for the processor stepping in and taking care of the rest of the loan, I would have completely ditched the loan altogether.

Honesty, customers deserve Honesty. He was not forthcoming about fees, fees were much higher than quoted, and he wouldn't answer why. Once the application was turned in He didn't want to help/deal with anything.

process was slow and painful, costing me a lot of added rent money due to James' delays. my realtor said he never returned her calls. His assistant, Theresa, was top quality. I cannot put my finger on the blame here, but i am certain that james did not do a good job of expediting my file, nor communicating with my realtor. I do not know if the investor, the underwriter or James is to blame, but they should be embarrassed about the job performed, the unnecessary delays and the lack of caring.

LaShonda seems very knowledgeable however due to the lack of communication and the lack of follow through our business relationship wasn’t that pleasant. However, I am grateful and appreciative that this experience connected me with Kim Arrington, she is such a pleasant to work with. She picked up where there was lack, ensured a smooth process and communication was very thorough and constant. Everything happens for a reason!

Patrick was clearly too busy to give my loan the attention it needed. 1. He removed my wife from the loan without telling me 2. Requested a bunch of documents that I took the time to put together and then said he didn't need them why did I send them? 3. Spammed me with documents to sign without explaining what they were or most frequently why I was signing the same document for the 34985763495th time 4. Scheduled the closing without telling me

Alex was not very responsive from the beginning of the process and once the loan was locked we received no communication. Kian however was great. He was always quick to answer any questions and provide updates.

In the beginning my service started out great, I get quick responses on everything with getting me approved for my loan. It started out that I was going to put 15% down and then turned into 20% and ended at 25% down. The worst part about it was I was told by Tom my loan officer directly that I needed to pay all of my 2020 taxes when I was only supposed to pay my federal taxes. This mistake costing me $38,000 and all I received from the loan officer was a sorry. Communication was also terrible.
