We were not able to contact the ladies at new american funding for 80% of the time we were going through our home buying process. They kept in contact with us for the first few week to a month and then again after we called the office in reno and complained that we could not get ahold of them by phone, text or email. Everything was last minute including getting our paperwork out to usda which delayed our closing by over a week. And more that wont fit in this box as I can only write 500 charactor

Matt was very hard to get a hold of and did not make us feel like we were any sort of priority. We missed our closing date, which I find to be completely unacceptable. There was constant miscommunication. This entire process was excruciating and unnecessarily difficult. Will not be recommending him or this company.

He needs to pay more attention to the customers and give more follow ups to his loans. There was never a moment that I had a real approximation of my cash to close, numbers varied constantly by a lot. He is an excellent person, but maybe he is to busy with other loans that he is not completely focus.

My client was asked to jump through so many hoops at the end of the process, she was very stressed out and kept calling me with complaints about the mortgage company and how little information she received from them. I believe they, the lender, had 45 or more days to go through this sale and all the pressure was put on to my client at the 11th hour, very unnecessary for her to do everything all at once when they had so much time to get things together.

I was disappointed with the lack of competitive rates, and slow communication. When we went to sign papers, they asked if our lenders were going to be there, and I hadn't heard from them, and still haven't heard from them since the deal was completed.

Jackie was extremely helpful and I had no problem getting in touch with her in the beginning. There was a huge breakdown in communication when it mattered most and the things she assured me we would have no problems with due to my situation all turned into problems towards the end. We closed late and had zero communication with her in the final days until after we closed she finally reached out again.

The communication was very horrible. We were told closing was on a certain date. My Wife took time off of work to be at the closing table. Then when we reached the office of the title company. Me and my wife sat in the lobby for about 15 minutes just to be told that “It was an mistake and we won’t be able to close today due to paperwork Kenol Did not submit in time. Which he end Apologizing for it.. This was our first time buying a house and our experience was very Tramatic.
