Better customer service would be great. I understand that we are in the texting and email era, and everyone is busy, but sometimes, we needed to ask important questions, but we could not get the immediate response over the phone.

1. Patrick did not monitor the progress of our loan, his assistant Lisa did a lousy job and Patrick was out of the loop. 2. There was a problem with Experian we submitted documents, Lisa did not followup until I e-mailed her a week later. 3. There were tons of typo's in the final documents, they didn't even have the right address on some of them. 4. When I read bad reviews on the internet, I thought it was from first time home buyers who didn't know the process, but we have closed over 10 loans.

This is an overall review of Justin and his team (not just Justin). Lack of communication, rude email response when my wife asked for more information regarding closing issues, and asking the title agency to not copy us on communication when we specifically asked to be copied on all communication were some of the big hitters. Clear communication was our expectation, and we were left frustrated with that.
