Maxwell quoted me a rate with no points in writing multiple times. When I later received the disclosures I was charged points. Maxwell knew by this point it was doubtful I could go to another lender and still close in time. He later added an additional fee to change the closing date. He let 3 weeks pass then informed me of the fee 2 days before closing by which time I had no other options. I would not recommend him to anyone..

I would have liked for Luke to be more proactive in returning phone calls and answering questions in a timely fashion. I am very well versed in the mortgage industry, but I still had questions to our specific situation. Luke seemed to rely heavily on the Processor to disseminate information to us, but she was very new and needed help, too. Better communication is a must here, and that is where Like fell short of my expectations.

Slow and at times I would believe there was a lack of knowledge. Was told we were good to go on Thursday and spend 6 hours at singing office waiting for paperwork. Not pleasant.

My loan was a small loan for a condo, response at the beginning when I requested finance was great. Once I found the right place, one of the first things I wanted to make sure is not to be left homeless, and that is precisely what happened. I am not sure where the communication failed, 2 days before the closing I found out about all sorts of issues which prevented us from closing, even when the postponed date was set, an unheard of "internal appraisal" came about. My total extra was $12k. NO GO

I have Done Business with Don in the past.I was not ok with the information. Given to us.about our New refinance. We paid more for our refinance. Then we Did.when we purchased the house. Our refinanced took two.and half month's..whith.undisclosed charges.and as for his team member Kim .his notary. Stood at our house for 4 hr.for our singing.of docs.and Talked about her.religous belifes.and how she was able to scan us with her third eye.and wanted us to come to.her Temple.I.was not pleased.
