The whole process was very stressful for me. It took 3 full months to get things done due to "COVID". He never reached out to me without me prompting the conversation. Questions I had took quite some time to be answered. Sometimes a week or longer between updates that I had to ask for. I was not impressed at all and did not have a good experience. First close date we were shooting for was October 15. Finally finished on November 30th and now my credit has taken a hit for that late date.

Very disorganized team. There was a couple of things that weren't disclosed to me in the beginning that changed the terms of my loan. I find that you always have to do an appraisal regardless of what they say. It took 2 mos to get funded, the whole time running thru their hoops. Would not recommend.

Very little communication in the beginning would call,text, no response had to get all my information from my realtor. No direct contact. As time drew near to close everything was rush. In the end my loan was approved. Feel the process could have been handled better.

Frederick told me at the very beginning of the process that some of the details of my credit history would not be a hinderance to getting the type of loan that I was looking at getting, then once we had an accepted offer and we on the clock for closing I found out that that information was wrong and I had to run around looking for favors from family, and gathering documentation to correct the situation before we continue on. If I had known up front about the requirements, I could have worked on that before we made offers on houses.

Communication was disappointing. We were referred to a aNila and that did not go well. Wasted two weeks and would not be given an interest-rate When she told us to go to her new company, we were already invested. At no point did we know what was going on and had to check in frequently. We were pretty confused on the status of our refi at all times I understand people are busy but we felt totally ignored. I did not want to write a bad review but my partner said be honest. Want to thank Adi for her follow up.

Everything was going just fine with Erica until she got unprofessional when I expressed concerns about a transaction and she decided to start yelling at me over the phone. She became very unpleasant and lost control of her emotions. My husband and I are both very upset and disappointed in her rude behavior. We will be happy to never work with her again after this.
