Better communication by letting me know when things weren't going as planned. It would be nice if he would have asked for help on obtaining documentation he was lacking. I have never heard of a refinance taking 7 months. This was the worst case scenario that I would wish upon no one.

It took days and sometimes weeks for Chris to respond to my phone calls or emails. I had to call repeatedly and leave messages. I finally told him that if he didn’t respond by the end of the business day then I would use a different lender. My experience became much better once I had to work with Tracey Tran.

My last few conversations with Ms. Tran were extremely unpleasant! As I was trying to talk to her, she continued to talk and kept getting louder and louder. This was very rude, to say the least! She was so busy yelling at me, she did not hear anything I had to say. I requested to speak to her supervisor and ultimately hung-up on her. My experience with Adam Rose was exceptional! Being proactive and sending updates. Having sense of urgency. Calling back when promised. Helping to move things along. Taking ownership of the process instead of blaming other department/person. Providing better/timely answer. For example: By which date can I expect to have an update regarding xxx? He answers as soon as possible. This is not acceptable answer nor does it answer my question. It should be answered as you can expect it by Oct. 1st noon but will keep you updated as we move along

there were several deadlines not met. We we were told specific dates for the buying process and dates were always pushed back. We we were supposed to close on Sept 9 and that didn't happen. then Sept 12 and that didn't happen either. were told our monthly payment would be approx $3800 and it wound up being over $4000. we had to send duplicate documents because patty couldn't find the same documents sent months earlier. very frustrating and stressful experience. Not recommended!
