Keeping track of documents sent by client. Responding in a reasonable amount of time when the client reaches out. Checking documents before they go out to the client to ensure they are accurate and not forcing the client to sign inaccurate documents and then threatening them with a possible delay in closing if they don't sign the incorrect documents. Don't take so long approving/funding loan at closing that the client has to sit at the attorney's office for over an hour...

Consistent and more reliable conversation. Every plan we had was built around our financial responsibilities at closing. The amount at closing changed multiple times. In many cases, we found out about the increased amounts at closing based on our calls, not notification from Nancy and staff. Communication and communication accuracy should be better. Outside of that, they do seem to be nice people.

I felt communication between people working in this office could have been better as well as between this office and the realty company. Renee reached out once, pre contract, as the preferred provider. She never contacted me during the lending process. Her communication with my client was inconsistent and confusing to her and I received at least 5 calls from client frustrated with her style and inconsistent information. If not for the $5000 builder incentive, my client would have changed lenders.

It was my 1st time buying a home and I expected a better experience. Communication was not there, I had to contact supervisors just to get some leg work done and overall I was not disappointed with how the process went.

Took 2 months to close my loan from not asking for all the information In the beginning. From dealing with Kevin and Alex I didn’t know who didn’t know what they were doing. I finally got the loan closed and am currently sitting with an envelope with checks for the closing office and property tax’s . This has been the hardest process I have ever dealt with. I have closed at least 10 loans in my days.
