Agent should be clear in terms of deadlines for decisions, and whether rates are locked in or not. We almost pulled out of the new deal as a result of this lack of clarity and aggressive nature of agent.

I was mislead for 2 months by Heather. Told i could pay my mortgage payment up front to rid myself of the mortgage payment rate of $107. Two days prior to closing escrow Heather emails me, casually telling me that she was incorrect for the past 60+ days and that wether i pay the upfront mortgage insurance or not, my rate would not be lowered. As a payment conscious shopper, i am very unhappy and displeased with her knowledge and misleading statements.

I don’t know if you are just too busy or what but we were two weeks late closing which costs us a lot of money and why wasn’t the appraisal checked on earlier?

Very very difficult to get a hold of Bridgette. No response to several emails calls sometimes for more than a week. :( very very helpful when she was available but almost never available

More communication about the process. Following through on promises (I.e. letting us know each day what the interest rate is). Nit waiting until last minute to tell us our loan wasn’t ready.

I wasn't informed until the week of my closing that I needed to complete a homebuyer education course. That week I was swamped with packing and other obligations, plus the added expense of the course. Additionally, their team miscalculated my taxes and it wasn't until I had signed all of my documentation at my closing, which was 4 hours, by the way, that they caught the mistake and said I owed more money. Nichole was not available by phone so I spoke with her Asst. Brandi to resolve the issue.
