Sandra Rosales who was part of the Tania Murray group was great. Sandra keep communications high and was punctual during all appointments and with her follow-thru to ensure we received excellent customer service. Tania was the exact opposite. Tania set several appointments and was a no-call or explanation as to why. We were very disappointed with the customer service, especially the lack of communication and follow-thru specifically in dealing with Tania. I will not recommend the Tania Murray group.

I do not know who you are, so not sure how I can rate you. Your not good or bad, but we never spoke sense I was working with Wendy who was the lender. She should get all the credit and not this guy.

Tom, was initially helpful but quickly regressed to the point of me realizing he was incompetent, did not put my best interest first, and I’m sorry to have to say this, lied to me on several occasions. He even tried to cover his inconsistencies during recorded conversations by lying about verbiage I sent to him in email communication.

Because I had no dealings with this person I don’t feel that you should receive any credit… I have nothing but praise and wonderful recommendations for Jared Porter who is the person who actually secured and close this loan.

No communication with agent . Files had to be constantly repeated to processor because Aaron did not forward to processor. Aaron was always behind with requests and caused buyer several extensions and more fees

There was minimal communication and the Buyer was extremely dissatisfied with the same, along with other parts of the loan process. Most importantly, there was a breach of privacy for my client when their email address was shared with the listing agent and their TC - plus the appraisal value was openly shared with them. My Buyers said they did not give permission to share these details or their email address. We are happy to be closed, and appreciate the work on the loan to get us there, but it was not an ideal relationship.

Having better communication. For some reason for my case it took from April 4 until I closed May 27. I did feel comfortable with the representative. I ask to have him replaced. Then my experience began to be better.

Severe lack of communication during the approval process even though we provided all requested documents same day. Also the lender talking to the SELLER’S agent seemed very unprofessional. Would have gone with a different lender if I had known the experience would be like this.
