The extremely rude email she sent not only sent to me and my fiancé but to our real estate agent was not okay and instead of addressing it and or apologizing she just added emojis into her next email coming across as rude and conceited. We didn’t want to take this survey due to having nothing truly positive to say about her but having only positive things to say about Sarah who was amazing. Something that would have improved our thoughts would have better communication on her end and not having to guess what the underwriter wanted we were left waiting for weeks just wondering if everything was good instead of knowing for sure. After her almost daily emails about this survey we decided to finally complete it for better or worse.

I had to call to get any information on where we were with the closing till almost the end of the process. Lack of communication made it hard for me to help my seller's know where we were in the process.

Nate was not knowledgeable on mortgages. He did not answer questions directly and did not find out the answers. It was very frustrating. Being an experienced Realtor I knew there was incorrect information. His lack of experience and knowledge caused a lot of frustration for the buyers and myself. It was an awful experience and I’m glad it is over.

Loan officer had poor communication and it took three months to do a loan we were told it only take 3 to 4 weeks for equity had poor communication with the lender that made demands and changes of the criteria of the loan now I have to fight with the weather to put in addition on the garage before the snow falls and freeze my rear end off instead of having it close during the warmer weather

Better communication needed, between telling my agent at times that he didn’t think we could close the loan and hanging up on her too just not getting us the information we needed when we needed it this whole things was a mess. A lot of this may not have fallen on him but there where a lot of times where he seemed like he didn’t know what was going on or how to properly carry the loan through production. Granted he did make it happen and we did get our house but overall this experience was much harder and stressful then it needed to be. He is a nice guy till he get put under pressure or is called out. As someone who works in the customer service industry if I treated my clients like he had us at times I don’t think I would have very many left. I thank him for helping us get it closed at the end and stepping up when the last minutes of the clock where counting down.
