Never had a conversation with her. Never knew what was going on to be able to assist my clients. Loan process had several unnecessary hang ups that shouldn't have been. Appraiser that was sent out was a joke.

First time working with this team and felt as though there was very poor communication throughout the process. Last minute scramble to get a clear to close. Felt like New American Funding could have done a better job.

He had me do my appraisal then didn’t talk about the loan amount afterwards. I had no idea how much I was borrowing, Then I found out they wanted 2000 down and I only borrowed 64% of the loan value of my house. JT told after the appraisal I could borrow more and never heard from him again. Considering suing over the misled information.

Very stressful process with American funding. Lack of management. Have done this process with other lender with no issues at all.
